A Unique & Immersive Scary Movie-Inspired Airbnb in Big Bear, CA. Travis’s contribution toward this project includes:
⊹ Designing and constructing The Shining replica bathroom;
⊹ Wiring and programming the haunted special effects that randomly flicker the lights, turn on TV static, & play ghostly sound effects;
⊹ Designing the immersive backstory and fabrication of the escape room puzzle experience;
⊹ Assisting in the 1970’s interior design and horror film nostalgia;
⊹ Construction and fabrication work to rehab the dilapitated cabin.
Vintage Macintosh retrofitted with an iPad
Responsible for the design and fabrication including teardown of the Macintosh and laser cutting of the iPad bracket.

Responsible for the design and fabrication of the donut and stand using a cement paper mache technique and wood.
Rotary Phone That Plays Custom Audio Messages
Responsible for the design and fabrication including reverse engineering a rotary phone to connect the receiver and headset sepaker to a microcontroller.

Responsible for the restoration of the TV console along with the design and fabrication of the new interior shelf and lighting utilizing the existing controls.
